Crawlbase Storage Network Congestion and Data Node Loss

We encountered a partial outage within the Crawlbase Storage product, primarily caused by network congestion. This issue temporarily hindered clients from retrieving their stored items via the Storage API. Additionally, the incident led to the loss of one data node, further impacting service reliability. Immediate actions were taken to address the network congestion and mitigate the effects of the lost data node. We have since implemented corrective measures to enhance our network's resilience and prevent the recurrence of similar issues.
