Servers replacement left Proxy IP whitelisting unusable

Due to replacement of servers in LU33 datacenter (see previous incident), the IP whitelisting dashboard page was inaccessible for some clients. The issue is now fixed and the page should be accessible again for the affected accounts. No service was interrupted during the downtime, only the access to the proxy whitelisting page in the dashboard.
